Cancellation Policy
Cape Cycle Tours will endeavour to provide the services required by the customer, but in the event of cancellation of the booking for any reason whatsoever, partially or in full, by or on behalf of you. Cape Cycle Tours reserves the right to claim the services, administration, communication, and cancellation charges which will depend on Cape Cycle Tours suppliers. Any bookings cancelled after the deposit has been paid may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees
Any cancellation or changes must be confirmed in writing to Cape Cycle Tours.
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
- 30 to 44 days before tour date a 10% cancellation fee.
- 15 to 29 days before tour date a 30% cancellation fee.
- 7 to 14 days before tour date a 75% cancellation fee.
- 0 to 7 days before tour date a 100% cancellation fee
